騰哲找到了一家食品批發商, 在那她買到了牛小排, 但一次至少得買一箱(40lb), 2.3塊美金一磅, 不加稅, 價格挺好的, 於是我便向她買了一些; 平時我是很少買牛肉的, 所以我們家偶爾才會吃點牛絞肉或在中國店買的牛腩、牛鍵。 第一次嚐到自己煎的牛小排, 真的覺得好幸福喔! :D

我先將肉用醬油、蔥、蒜、鹽、糖醃過再煎, 但其實撒點鹽和糊椒就很美味了!
煎個五六分鐘就差不多大功告成了!

Ha! I love the food posts! That triangle sandwich definitely looks familiar....We came all the way over here to Taiwan for some good food, and now we see it all the way back in SLC. Dang.

I used to cook a lot when we lived in Salt Lake,but now we live in Taiwan, I don't get to cook at all because my mom cooks for us all the time...
I guess we're pretty lucky that we get to eat all the good food here in Taiwan...
You guys are really really lucky that you can go back to Taiwan to enjoy good food and the love of the families. I'm here just trying to make a little something to satisfy my desire for delicious food a little bit. Hope we can go back to Taiwan soon. Then we got to gather somewhere to eat. Haha, just like we used to do when you were here. I wonder if Steve and Yuhsuan, Shawn and Amei, and Charles and I plus Jerin and Wami and all the little ones, can all go back to Taiwan at the same time. That will be neat! Something to think about!
